We advise arriving at least 15 minutes before your treatment commences for your enhanced comfort and relaxation. This will allow you to relax in our reception or lounge.
Attire
Guests are welcome to arrive in regular and comfortable attire. We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your belongings.
Jewellery and Valuables
If you are staying in our villa, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, we offer a locker in your therapy suite for your personal valuables.
Special Health Consideration
Please notify our Guest Services Assistants, Representatives, Agents, or Assignees before booking your treatments if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical ailments or disabilities. If you experience discomfort at any time during your treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.
Pregnancy
A few services should be avoided during pregnancy. We offer many beneficial treatments. Please notify our Guest Services Assistants, Representatives, Agents, or Assignees for guidance.

Our Guest Services Assistants will be pleased to help you choose a treatment. A few services should be avoided during the menstrual cycle.
Your Comfort
This is your time, and you should fully delight in the experience. Alcohol is prohibited in the Spa or wellness area and is not recommended on your treatment day.
Respect Other Guests
The spa and wellness environment is tranquil and relaxing; please respect our guests’ right to privacy and a quiet environment. We request that cell phones be turned off.
Minimum Age for Spa Treatment and Wellness Program
Guests must be at least 12 years of age to experience a Spa treatment or to join our Wellness program. Because of the Spa’s nature, children should not be present to create an assured quiet environment.

Spa treatments and Wellness programs at Kharista are very popular with our guests. We recommend making reservations in advance.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available at our Guest Service Assistant counter for a specific amount or services.
Cancellation Policy
The treatment you select is reserved especially for you with one of our trained therapists. Any cancellation notice less than 4 hours from the original appointment will be charged a 50% fee. Please provide us with a credit card number so we can secure your reservation.
Payment
Kharista Wellness accepts cash and major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge the services and products to their room account. For your convenience, payment is accepted upon check-in for your treatment.
Being Late for The Appointment
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Regardless of when your treatment starts, your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed.
